Sage Contact Manager Level 1
This course is designed to introduce new users to Sage Contact Manager. Users will learn the fundamentals of contact management using Sage Contact Manager.
Sage Contact Manager Level 2
This course is designed to for existing users of Sage Contact Manager. Users will learn advanced features of contact management using Sage Contact Manager.
Sage Level 1
Students will learn the basic knowledge required to operate the Sage Line 50 package. In addition, delegates will cover bank transactions and reconciliation, plus the maintenance and use of the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers and the Product file including stock control and the production of invoices.
Sage Payroll Level 1
Delegates will learn how to add and amend employee details, to apply the appropriate rates and to process weekly/monthly salaries.
SalesLogix Administrator
Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using SalesLogix Administrator. They will manager users, calendars, remote users and the sales library.
SalesLogix Architecture
Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using SalesLogix Architect. They will manager database tables, create tables, create views, modify picklists and create new lookups.
SalesLogix End User
Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using SalesLogix End User Client. They will add New Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities, Create Groups and Mail Merges.
