Word Level 1

This course is designed to introduce new users to Word. Users will learn how to create, modify and print documents.

Word Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Word. Users will see techniques for word processing in an efficient manner and learn how to create more sophisticated documents.

Word Level 3

This course is designed for experienced users of Word. Users will learn techniques for creating more complex and sophisticated documents. This course allows participants the chance to refine the way they use every-day commands in Word and explore some of its more complex features, particularly where long documents are involved.

Excel Level 1

Students will learn how to use an electronic spreadsheet to create basic data reports.

Excel Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Excel. Users will see techniques for using the application in a more efficient manner and learn how to create more sophisticated formulae. This entirely 'hands on' course allows participants the chance to explore some of the more complex Excel features and functions.

Excel Level 3

This course is designed for frequent users of Microsoft Excel. Users will see techniques for using the application in a more efficient manner and learn how to create more sophisticated formulae.

Excel Level 4

This course is designed for people who want to automate common worksheet tasks, convert worksheets into Forms and understand Microsoft Excel VBA code.

Access Level 1

Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using Access. They will design and create databases, tables, queries, forms, and reports.

Access Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Access. Users will learn techniques for enhancing their database designs by using the principles of normalization and table relationships.

Access Level 3

Students will learn how to build useful Access applications with the focus on practical design and development issues relating to the production of commercial systems.

Access Level 4

Students will learn the programming capabilities of Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications in Microsoft Access applications to write custom functions and event-driven procedures. Find and trap errors and validate data using Visual Basic for Applications.

PowerPoint Level 1

Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin effectively creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.

PowerPoint Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Microsoft PowerPoint. Users will learn
advanced features of PowerPoint as well as how to embed Word and Excel objects into a
presentation.

Outlook Level 1

This course is designed to introduce new users to Microsoft Outlook. Users will learn how to send and receive emails, work with the calendar and tasks.

Outlook Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Microsoft Outlook. Users will learn how to customise the Outlook environment, calendar, and mail messages to meet your specific needs as well as track, share, assign, and quickly locate various Outlook items.

Project Level 1

Students will learn how to identify steps involved in project planning, plan a project by using Microsoft Project.

Project Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Project. Users will see techniques for using the application in a more efficient manner and learn how to manage projects more effectively. This entirely 'hands on' course allows participants the chance to explore some of the more complex Project features and functions.

Visio Level 1

This course is designed to introduce new users to Visio. Users will learn how to create several types of diagrams using Visio. You will learn how to create directional map, a block diagram a basic and cross functional flowchart and an office layout.

Visio Level 2

This course is designed for existing users of Visio. Users will learn techniques for enhancing drawings by using the drawing tools, creating and working with custom stencils and templates and sharing Visio drawing with other applications.

Visual Basic Level 1

This course is designed for experienced users of Microsoft products. Users will learn how to use Visual Basic to develop Windows applications.
